Dr. Stephens is a Bay Area native who is excited to be practicing in his home community.

He attended the UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude (top 5% of the class) and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors society.

After completing his dental training, Dr. Stephens embarked on a six-year, dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at the esteemed Mount Sinai Health System in New York City.

He earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating with the Dean’s Recognition Award for academic achievement.

While in training at Mount Sinai, Dr. Stephens completed an internship in General Surgery and served as chief resident during his final year in the program.

Dr. Stephens has a variety of interests in oral surgery, including dental extractions, implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, and benign pathology.

As a resident, he developed an interest in guided surgery technologies and 3D-printing applications in dental surgery.

As the son of two general dentists, Dr. Stephens understands the importance of oral health.

As such, he is committed to working closely with his dental referrals to provide excellent care to the diverse population of the San Francisco-Bay Area
